Lazy

I'm quite a lazy bum and am pathetic at sports. The most exercise I get is walking. I'm hoping to do something more active for my new years resolution so any ideas on how I can keep fit.. even thought I'm hopeless at most sports?

    Walking is actually quite a good form of exercise, particularly if you're trying to build stamina.

    All depends on what you want out of exercise

    im just like you but i love swiming, and where i live they do exercise classes in the pool which is good!!!

    How about dancing you might find it fun which will motivate you to do it often.
