I have to go to the doctors again today cos my throat/tonsils is/are all swollen again 
it hurts to swallow, and i'm currently struggling to breathe as i breathe through my mouth (sinoids blocked making breathing through nose impossible) and the gap at the back of my throat is now really small.
Apart from me having a general moan, lol, do any of you know of anything i can do to help ward off the icky throat virus i keep getting?
