    I only saw 3 at first, missing the "of"s, but it had nothing to do with their pronounciation. My brain just skipped the "of"s without checking the letters for some reason.

    A lot of those obscure satellite channels broadcast game shows with puzzles like these. The other night, I'd come home from a late shift at work and was flicking through these channels. I came across one puzzle like this, tried it myself. I listened as people called into the studio with their answers, one of which was mine. Every single one was wrong. How many F's in this case would appear to be a trick question.

    i thought this test would have to be done with someone reading it out to you. Having it their infront of you makes it alot easier.

    It's how many F's you see, not how many you hear :). Having it read out wouldn't give the same effect.

    This was on here around six months ago, so I knew it was a trick, and still I skipped checking the OFs. should've done a search for F [x] match case
