Iritated skin

Just lately my skin has broken out in spots and they are itchy and have causes them to go scabby. Any suggestions on how to stop or minimise the iritation?

    So it's like acne spots?

    Have you tried any of the facial scrubs or creams?

    If you pick at spots they'll bleed and scab over, of course.

    Its not acne spots. I am using anteseptic cream to help them heal
