hi,im going on to college and thinking about taking performing arts but dont know what the couse really involves or much about it,has ne 1 taken it do u like it? HAVE U GOT NE ADVICE 4 ME? PLEASE HELP!

    is it acting and performing on stage that your interested in? cos there is a cool uni in liverpool that does this kind f stuff as well as the technical design part along with lighting and such like.

    LIPA Liverpool Institution for Performing Arts! it is a thing set up by paul mcartney. It is very cool however!!

    If you are on about college aged 16, you can do performing arts, or theatre studies A Level (or both). Also make sure you get experience, that might be in a local amateur theatre.

    At 18 you can do Drama at university (which is very competitive and you will have to audition) or go to Drama school. Some drama schools you can go to at 16, but many are fee paying.

    P.S. The Welsh college of music and drama is great and very well renowned. Sir Anthony Hopkins went there.
