The mind fucking boggles. They have spent more money on trying to strongarm an old man than they would ever have collected from him.
Fair play to him, he only ever wanted to pay a lower amount in line with his pension rise and stuck to his guns. What a shame more people don't tell them to provide a reasonable service at a reasonable price, we might get better services and less corruption that way.
