"Yahoo" didn't do a fucking thing. It's fictional. Joe Bloggs of 12, Any Street did. he should be named as the "other party".
i.e. Joe Bloggs of 12 Any Street gave Mr.Wong of Nanking information relating to blah blah. he then told someone else, who told someone else who then went and used violence against etc etc
They are cowards for the most part and the less they can hide, the less they can do because they are weak.
