strange raised lumps

ive started getting some strange itchy lumps on my arms and legs, no idea what they are..i aint allergic to anything as far as i know, they are kind of like heat lumps, anyone any ideas?

my pal thinks they might be stress related because im very stressed out with work and other stuff at the moment, could he be right? worth a trip to the doc?

    When i get stressed out i get a lumpy rash on my inner arms.Looks rank but not much i can do about it.
