I've got an 02 contract phone, and ages and ages ago, I used to be able to call them (on 0845 655 2000, I think), select a couple of options and get a txt update of how much I owed and how many of my inclusive mins/txts I'd used. I know it suddenly stopped working, but does anyone know if it's working now or if it's stopped completely? Was rather handy.. 
I've tried it a couple of times, but it always did take a while to come thru, so I thought I'd just ask in the meantime.
