i used to self harm. i haven't done it in ages. but i've still got the scars on my arm.
i hate the fact that i ever did it. and i REALLY want to get rid of them because my scars (and other people) are really getting me down.
... so, how can i???
i mean, i know of dermablend but its really expensive and it only conceales them, it doesn't get rid of them. and i've tried rubbing vitamin e into my arm, but it hardly appears to do any good at all.
anyone got any ideas?! ... and also, is it possible to get anything on the nhs?! i mean, i really do not do it anymore, and wouldn't even if things got really really bad.
any advice wba. cheers.

Also, i dont know if you'de be able to get this, its just a thought, but ive heard of a special make-up (but its permanent, i think), i think its available on the NHS (but not sure if it would be for you and your situation), that is used to cover scars+port wine stains!
Sorry i cant give you more info!
It works wonders. I got one today for £6.99 (normally £8.99) because I lost my other bottle, but it's soooo good.
cheers.
(How many times am I gonna recommend this stuff to people ;p?!)
