    Welcome to the wonderful world of ntl, they use massively varied IPs that would hit many legimate users. Communications will start with ntl soon as a serious abuse case, but those things can take a long time. Actually what would help in the short term would be if people could forward to me emails they have recieved from the address with the account name on it.
