It's harder to be 'shit' than good, and I fail to see how it can be 'shit' unless in comparison to other girls - In which case you're going out with a wanker anyway. Im very good at blow jobs and hand jobs - mainly because my first BF taught me well and I asked alot of questions, I was eager to please!

Ok..difficult one to generalise i think.
