right i hate my manager,
but thing is 2day im ment 2 have lost the keys to open the front on the shop, so they had 2 find the spare ones, which took half an hour - so basically im in deep shit when i go in 2 work
im gona look for another job, but, i dont know what to do about a refrence, because what if he gives me a bad one, even though im a good worker, i have just made some silly mistakes!
i cant go on working there i just need another job
sshould i just put my managers name down for refrence? or say i havnt worked before, even though having till experience would look good.

If u've only made a few silly mistakes, i wouldnt worry, most people do and i very much doubt ure manager would hold it against u (unless s/he is a sad sadistic git-personnel experience talkin now!!!).
If you've been a good worker im sure there will be plenty of people to back u up!!
