Never been a fan of green tea, I prefer white tea, packed with far more anti-oxidants than green tea.

I bought some because I heard it was good for you - tried it, but didn't like the taste...

You can get the extract in a pill.

I just had a read of the 'about' page you posted.. and on another article it says

"A study completed by University of Mississippi researchers indicates that extremely high doses of green tea extract actually may activate – rather than shut down – genetic mechanisms that help certain tumors survive and grow."

They suggested only drinking the tea, rather than using the concentrated suppliments... oops.

My Dad has been taking some Chinese herbal stuff for weight loss - seems to be working a treat as well. He has to drink some herbal tea, I;m guessing it's green tea?

All I know is that I tried it, and it tastes like shit. I'm not joking. I'd rather drink Guiness.

Is this the green tea that gives you the runs? My sisters bf was talking to me about it today. It reduces your water retention so your not actually loosing weight as in fat but your loosing water.

The only people I have ever heard suggesting that green tea is good for slimming have been selling it.

It is quite good for you, and with mint tastes quite nice but I very much doubt it makes you loose weight.

Zella; it doesnt give you the shits.
