Went out with my ex last night got on well had a laugh. Came to the end of are night out an he kissed me on the cheek. I got so excited now im sad cause Im a delude idiot. I just dont know. Really gets to me. Just want to cry maybe thats the best thing get rid of some of the sadness.

    have you been split up with him for long? perhaps it's not a good idea to see him until you're feeling better about it.

    Yes we have been split up a long time....about a year and 5 months I think.

    i know how you feel. you over analyise (sp?) everything he does and every little thing seems to massive.
    i'd try not to dwell on it, its good you still get on but try not to think about things too much
