meeting someone new...

I have only ever been in 1 proper relationship which lasted for 9 months. we spilt up last March, and I haven't met anyone since. I met my ex where I used to work, but I would like some advice on where to meet new dates/boyfriends. I do go out to pubs & stuff and I do see cute guys but I don't know what to do about it.

Where would you recommend I go?

    I think pubs are an ok place, just casual places are the best. Not necessarily clubs as it will be hard to have a meaningful conversation with the music :p. Just smile at a guy, or go over and say 'hi, i noticed you weren't with anyone and wondered if you wanted a drink?' or something along those lines. Chat up lines are to be avoided, unless they're a way of breaking the ice.

    Stop looking for love let it come to you..
    Get some hobbies,go out to places other than the pub,start living your life and stop caring about getting a man.
    Love comes when you least expect it :D
