Premature Ejaculator

I have come to the conclusion that I am a premature ejaculator. I have had sex 3 times each time lasting not very long (seconds).

Well I've been doing research and found out that some exercises called the "Kegel, Annon and Semans excercises" would cure my problem. The thing is that you need to pay $45 to get them and I dont have any money at all to pay for them

So I was wondering if anyone on here knew what they were, as they might know or even suffered from premature ejaculation and could offer me advice on how they got over it.

When i first started having sex I was cumming very fast too and it was extremely embaressing. But now iv been having sex about 6 times a week for the last 8 months and i can literally go for hours!

I personally think its an experience thing, once your body is familiar with having sex it will start to relax more and your penis will become used to the 'attention' therefor enabling you to last longer.

I have honestly never done anything to cure the problem when i first started having sex, it sorted itself out over time. So i guess my advice is to just go with the experience for now and all will be good soon..... Or if you really cant wait then you can buy sprays and creams that numb your penis to delay ejaculation, over here in England you would expect to pay about £5-£10 for a tube/bottle of these sprays/creams.

I think most guys finish quickly when they first start, I know I certainly did, half at minute at most! Hah!

But luckily for me, I had an understanding girlfriend with whom I was very comfortable, then the more we did it, the longer it lasted (I learned to control it to an extent) until I was able to go for around an hour on and off before I just couldn't handle any more

After finishing with her and getting my next girlfriend, I was getting back to the 'quick' phase again (about 14 months with no sex) and so I was down to 15-20 minutes. After a bit of practise, it soon lasted longer. Unfortunately, for a series of events after, sex became rare and so never lasted longer than 10-15 minutes (though we did other stuff)

I guess its animal instinct that tells us to get in and get the job done quick. You just have to slow it down and practice.

Like someone else said experience makes the whole experience a little less overwhelming which stops you becoming overexcited. Every guy has been there in their early teens. Having sex for the first time is an emotional situation. Having sex for the first time with a woman (I'm assuming we make sex with women) could be an emotional condition as well due of desire to perform well. Emotions can induce the situation when a man ejaculate earlier.

I know, men hardly accept to talk about reproductive problems with doctors, but think that nobody can replace your health care.

I forgot to tell you people. The next day I went to have sex again. This time I lasted for 30 minutes!!! And that was only because I had to go home so had to end early.

What I did was the night before I did the masturbate then stop and did that for a while. Then suddenly I was fine.
