use arnica cream!! I bought some a few weeks ago and its amazing!!
i normally get a bruise, which takes about a week to come out fully, then about another fortnight before it goes away - but by using this cream once a day the bruise came and went, fully, within 5 DAYS!!!!
Id highly recommend it to anyone!!
