I dONT know if you get it in england but its a pill called melitonin , you take it after e and it helps you with disrupted sleeping paterns and makes the comedown so much easier

if you can try and get some from the chemist

I've been trying to get 5-HTP but apperently they are shedule 5.

WHY?!?! its harmless!! infact it is used to help people get better not get them fucked!!

Best thing for a cumdown is prozac. Take it as soon as u cumdown and 6 hrs l8r ur cumdown has gone, with vertually no damage to ur brain! But u have to go the doctors and blag them to get it by saying ur really depressed

yes melitonin is legal and you can get it over the counter , just drink cal c vita before and after taking pills youl feel like a million bucks,,,,just dont go pulling it trough ya nought
