hey guys. i heard my friends talking about getting high from nutmeg, but they wouldn't say how or any details because they wanted to make sure it was safe before they told anyone about it. i was just wondering if anyone else knows about this. how would u do it? you can email me at glittergirl4231@yahoo.com with details PLEASE!

    Nutmeg = bad. The doseage it takes to have effect on you is bordering on that which you can OD on. Which can't be good. It also dries out your mouth, and opens the opens blood vesels in your eyes further, causing them to turn red. You need to eat it, or dilute it in water or juice or whatever...just incase you were still wondering how to take it...
