The police could find no legal way to close me down.
They raided with 60 officers ready for combat and injured people while smashing an unlocked door open.
They have charged me with allowing the premises to be used for the smoking of Cannabis and gave me totally impossible bail conditions. I am not allowed into Station Approach where the coffee shop is situated even though I have another Legitimate business there.
I cant get any funds off the DSS because I own a business. I have been to court on two occasions to change my bail conditions. The prosecution have refused on the grounds that I will run the coffee shop there (even for a day and flout the law) and ignore the court order for possession of the property.
The shop has not been closed for a day....I have been given 7 days to clear my things out but can't go there. I have no income at all. Forced on me by the authorities....
What do I do for money? Commit crime?....
