...for dogs to like cheese?

my dog loves extra mature cheddar :eek2: can't get enough of the stuff. ooo, and she loves marmite on toast!!

Just wondered, what other 'weird' foods do your pets like that you don't think they should?

    The puppy loves eating everything - she especially loves peardrops. My dad keeps them on a diddy table on his side of the sofa, and when he's not looking she sneaks up and thiefs them. Also likes to drink the rest of his tea and can be found sprawled out on the rug desperatly trying to reach the bottom of his cup to get at the sugar.

    The alsations more selective in her tastes though.

    My mates dog eats chocolate, now thats not healthy. i heard that if a dog eats too much it can kill it.

    My dog loves toast, but will only eat it if it has butter on lol
    Whever the toaster pops up he runs in the kitchen so funny

    He also loves cucumber.
    my nans cat ate loads and loads tho and when he went to the vets they said it makes it really ill :(

    my dog will eat anything (and i mean really, anything) except, curiously, for prawns, and walkers crisps (she will eat other kinds of crisps).

    she once ate an entire cricket ball.

    Whenver I give my dog a nibble on my chocolate bar my friends tell me off and say I'm killing her with chocolate poisoning. But don't all pet dogs eat chocolate? I tried to get my dog to eat a beetle the other day that was on the floor, but she left it. My old dog would eat anything, like spiders and all sorts.

    yeah, apparantly human chocolate is very bad for dogs (as opposed to doggy chocolate before anyone says anything :p and yes they are different!)

    but my dog rarely has chocolate, she has like one piece a month if she's lucky, and that's only if i feel like sharing :D
