What cigarette brand?

To all the smokers, what brand of cigarettes do you prefer and why? I'm not a regular smoker but was trying the different brands my neighbour buys, and attempting to tell the difference.

    i prefer lambert and butler, you can feel the draw good though it's not too strong and it's got an alright taste, if i've got loads of money i'll buy regal filters cos they're lovely but they're too small and too expensive...

    Yeh the Davidoff Magnums are class, one of the nicest smokes, but expensive in the UK! Bout 7-8 quid a pack...

    Don't smoke much anymore, but prefered fags are Benson & Hedges gold... Camels aint bad either.

    Royals or Regals for me, though I usually end up smoking whichever fags my mate got cheap from the docks :blush:

    when i used to smoke i liked lambert butler lights or b and h superkings lights. hate cheap ones and sovereign yuck!

    now when i rarely get drunk enough to smoke i smoke mayfair menthol.

    Marlboro lights when i can afford them (which is pretty much never), followed by L&B if I have a bit more money than usual but generally Richmond's for the cheapness.

    Just a question to you smokers, do brands really vary that much then? Like, what is the variable between them?

    I'd say that the difference is more or less like different brands of coke.

    It more or less is. Some are smoother, some are rough, some weak and some strong, and the taste varies slightly.

    Marlboro Red. Used to be Superkings buttttttt they didn't sell them in Spain so I bought Malboro...and have since grown to find Superkings disgusting.

    Used to be B&H but got such a bad hacking cough and totaly stinked out my flat

    now its L&B, nice taste and dont smell so bad

    I always think the fresh smoke from Marlboro Lights is nice, but the stale smell of B and H is really pervasive/noticeable and minging.

    used to buy richmond or mayfair if i was low on dosh, which isn't relaly a problem any more, but now i've decided that richmond taste like the smell of petrol :eek2:

    i can generally smoke owt, but if im buying its L+B or Embassay filter, altho i did go through a period of smoking Players Navy Cut, but i could feel them slowly killing me. Only ones i cant smoke are marlboro lights, they seem to give me a bad throat.

    fave evers tho are players light, cant get em here i dont think tho, i fell in love with them in canada

    just been out n bought a packet of marlboro lights, peed wi maself, was meant to be quit again, but hell that first cig after a couple of days is pure heaven :)
