water retention

hi
Does anybody know of any good tablets, etc, to take for water retention. i feel bloated alot, and think ive noticed it more since ive toned up at the gym. i read in a magazine that by taking these tablets for a while you can loose weight+look more toned and a better shape - but im not sure if they're safe?
Has anybody used them, i dont want to take something that's bad for me?
Also, is there anything i can do naturally do remove excess water stored in my body?
Does anybody know how these tablets work+of any possible side effects?
Thanx
SBG

I take Aqua ban, as far as i know theyre aren't any side effects. Also try drinking loads of water, i know it sounds strange when theres so much retained in your body, but somehow iot flushes it out.. and dandelion tea, though it tastes like pond water.

Don't waste your money at Boots.

Why do you think you are retaining water?
