Well I really need the most luck for thursday cos that is when my op is but I'm admitted tomorrow for bowel prep :rolleyes: and a scan (and seeing my consultant one last time before the surgery).
After much confusion over these weird blood test results which show I have too much haemoglobin, I've finally found out that it can be caused by having a uterine fibroid! :yippe: :yeees:
It's either that or my one and only kidney is getting fed up of me... nothing serious really but I'd prefer it if it kept working well and not panicing me that one day it'll give up on me because of all the pain killers and hormone treatments I have to have.
AAAaanyway, I've got over the raw terror of finding out I was having an op so soon and feeling much more relaxed now, but still a bit nervous obviously.
I do however get a copy of the video of my surgery which sounds cool!
Anyway, hopefully by the end of this week I'll be endo free as possible and have the mirena fitted to stop it growing back so quick this time.
I'm hoping I won't get any horrible news after my op either... sort of half expecting bad news... but thats just the nerves talking I think.
Will hopefully be able to up-date on friday when I get home!
