My name is Mel (actually Melanie :eek2:) , I come from Germany. I'm 19 years old and I'm doing my A-levels and even if I'm not very good at english it's one of my main subjects. After A-levels I would like to do something like Graphic Design or something. I can't really decide what to do.
Last year I moved into an flat together with my boyfriend and I really like it.

I'm here to improve my english (I think this is neccesary ) an I hope to meet interesting people here.

I don't know what else to write. If you've got any questions feel free to ask...

    Your English isn't that bad. Especially for a newbie...I've seen much worse! Ask Kiezo to correct your spelling mistakes....he'll have a field day!

    thanks! i need very long for the postings, because i always have to think about what i've written and if it's right. :D
    i'd like to speak english very good. but speaking is more dificult than writing. I always think it sounds awful.

    Ok, I don't have a degree in English but you could have said:

    "I always think it sounds awful" reads ok to me Chaos, because always is the adverb and think is the verb, so it makes sense to have "always think", rather than "think it always".

    It its i before e (except after c) zo - mais hes doing thesite cold turkey

    Thanks. I thought they were cute, but I had a supposedly "wanking" monkey before(it was really just clapping, but looked dodgy) and I think I might change back.
