    There is only two types of orgasm, a normal one and one that makes your spurt. It just depands on what gets you going that triggers it.

    Yes... females can have orgasms where a kind of salty fluid (definately not pee) gushes out of them. It's apparantely quite rare and takes a lot of build up and a really explosive end. It happened with my last girlfriend once or twice, much to my suprise. They are meant to be really powerful :D
