itunes, burning cd's

when i go onto itunes and try to burn a playlist and i keep getting a message coming up saying " disc burner or software not found". i have tried itunes help but i cannot find a resolution to this matter. any help will be gratefully appreciated as it has been driving MAD!! :banghead:

    its coz the crappy way itunes works, my bro has one and has the same problem and there seems to be no way to fix, either try updating itunes or get a better program/mp3 player (zen touch by creative) very good

    its nothing to do with itunes, its because theres something wrong with your cd drives software etc
