A bit of milk and one sugar first thing in the morning, and about 10 more times through the day :D

    It's the superior hot beverage and goes much better with a fag. I've just made myself one (black, no sugar) because I'm only half way through a politics essay for tomorrow. :crying:

    Quite why I'm on here when I've got a half finished essay for tomorrow is anyone's guess...

    never really liked coffee, don't mind all the fancy stuff like cappucinno and all but coffee's a bit rank tbh.

    I'm more of a tea drinker but I do love coffee, I take it with two sugars and a decent amount of milk which I like to be added before the water as to me it seems to be creamier that way.

    Ditto :yes:...tea I may possibly be able to stand (although tbh it tastes of nothingness to me :confused: ), but coffee? Eugh :yuck:

    It has to be fresh though, proper quality, none of this 'blend' rubbish.

    I find for concentration though many small cups of tea are better than one big jolt of coffee.

    Tea's form of caffine is slightly milder, less edgey which I find allows better concentration.

    Having said that I need my three mugs of strong coffee in the morning to get out of the house.

    Proper ground coffee is fantastic, and I too could not live without it! I would rather give up Ciggies and Beer than give up my coffee!

    I do prefer ground coffee.The cafe direct one is really nice and Lavazza is amazing.
    Most of the time I do just make a quick cup of instant. Percol columbian instant is my fave, but if I cant get that I get 5065 or clipper organic.

    I like the columbian dark roasted stuff from whittards especially when you pick the beans and they ground them for you :)

    There's a coffee shop back home in Belfast around the corner from me that sells its own brand coffee. So my dad always gives me a couple of bags of it everytime I'm home or one of my family's over here. It's great, it makes my room smell nice and it reminds me of home.

    I drink Jamacian Blue Mountain when I can afford it, its clearly the best bloody coffee in the Free World, expencive though.

    Black with 2 sugars, brown sugar is preffered. Although sometimes instead of sugar i like to have them flavoured syrupy sachets, you know where you get irish cream flavour, vanilla etc.

    What is the difference in taste between brown and white sugar in coffee anyway? I didn't even know it was brown for coffee and white for tea until I started working in a pub.

    Brown suger has more molases in it, its a richer taste, more like treacle than suger which is just plain sweet.

    Black with half a sugar. Always have to have 3 cups of it to wake me up in the morning and a few cups after my dinner in the evening. Aids digestion and all that.

    Although I dont think Lavazza is fairtrade unfortunatly.
    Its not my usual brand for this reason, but I do love it.
