How many in a night

From reading the board for quite some time, I'm actually intrigued to find out how many Es people take on average in one night?

For me, I started dropping about a year and a half ago. For a while I used to take 1.5 to 2 in a night. I almost always limit myself to 1 night of fun every month. About 3-4 months ago I went on a bender (for my standards anyway) and did 4 in about 4 hours <IMG SRC="eek.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> . It was a wicked wicked night (I think!) but don't want to do that much again!

Also saturday night is my monthly night <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> . Will only take 2 with me to avoid temptation (let's face it, it's the only way!) and was thinking of taking some spliffs along to enhance the evening. When is the best time to smoke - before the come up, when peaking or between pills? I always smoke when I'm coming down at home but never done it when I'm actually out...

Mixmag did a huge survey recently, i think the average pill user takes 3.4 per session, it might of been 4.3 <IMG SRC="confused.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> no 3.4 i think <IMG SRC="wink.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

smoking whenever is good, but i find at peak you don't notice it as much and its wasted a touch (excuse the pun), i'd wait for the initial hour of pure high, then start smoking <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

I tend to take 3 a night now <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> one about 8, i love been high around the bars, you can chat and shit, 2nd going into the club and the third is whenever, sometimes after an hour in the club, sometimes as we leave the club, depends if a few of us are going back to somebody's place for a bit of a party <IMG SRC="wink.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

I try to stick to 1.5/2. Gurning sets in after 2 so Im always a bit wary of pushing it.

well i started about a the same time as you but with only a 1/2 or at the most one pill a night. now a days i go out every sat night an do about 7 over a time spam of about 8 hours. the more you take and the more you go out your body just dont get that happy feeling you used to. not been out for past few weeks and taking 5HTP every night to try and boost my happy juice level back to normal.! my advice is if your smilling <IMG SRC="smile.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> you dont need another.

The most I've ever taken in a night was 3, but I reckon it was rather a waste because I have a 7 hour memory gap over the course of the night during a really fantastic new year's party with all of my closest friends... Needless to say, they've filled me in with all of the sordid details... <IMG SRC="rolleyes.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

First thing I remember is 'waking up' with some mates lying in the middle of Queens Park, bitterly cold, naming the stars and chain-smoking with a vengeance. How we got there, we have no idea.

Generally I stick to 1/2.

I started at 1, 2 at the most. After a while I found to be going to bigger & better clubs, more partys after and so I was naturally taking more. Proper benders going upto 10 in a night. With this being quite expensive I relentlessly rang around to find the best deal (no pun and all that!), and going halves with my mate on 100. I've read Liverpool is the cheapest city in Europe for drugs and I beleive that it is. As long as you dicipline yourself to a certain amount each time you go out it works, I tend to do 5 on average and have a few joints back at home.

Looking back on it I used to have a bit of a problem, as the saying goes 'once you drop, you can't stop'. <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> I have this problem that once I've done one I won't stop until I finish all I've got.

My sisters borfriend and I have often done more than 30 between the two of us though that was a while ago now.

Now I pretty much restrict myself to at max 8 a night, and my tolerance has gone down and I'm quite happy to go out and just do one. I've even started going to events and doing a 'natural' - avoiding all drugs and alcohol.

I think everybody goes through that stage where they can't get enough. It's not abuse or an addiction it's just that once you wrecked you want the feeling to last forever. <IMG SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

Most ive done in a night was 9, but on average about 4-7 once a month to 2 months

Thing is u really need only 1 pill for the desired effect, mebe 1 more. All it takes is 1-2 pills to use up all ur serotonin for that evening and the rest is just the ampethamine or "speedy" rush u get from the pill.

If u take 1 or 2 pills u usually stay fucked for about 3-6 hours and u usually feel pretty loved up.
If you take anymore there is barely any serotonin left in ur brain so all u get/feel is the speedy buzz of the pill. This is why u dont get more fucked with the more u take. This is also why after about 5 pills, when u take a pill the effects only last like 2 hours max instead of 3/4/5.

IMO taking any more than 5 in a night is pointless, even tho i do it on occasions <IMG SRC="rolleyes.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

But if u take more at once then u will get more fucked

I only take 2, not for any other reason but just I am skint <IMG SRC="frown.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> I have to pay 4 quids for one pill...

On my first ever night out on pills i took one and it lasted me 8 hours, dancing all night. It quickly went up to an average of about 3. I went through quite a long phase of doing 4 maybe 5, and the most I have ever done in a night was 6, but that was only because I had been out on a mad night 4 days earlier, so they weren't working as well.

Now I think that 3 is my magic number. I find if I take more, I get completely fucked, and do enjoy it but if I stick to a max of 3 I can enjoy the music, dancing and generally the whole clubbing experience more.

In a recent edition of mixmag they said that attitudes have changed. It used to be considered cool to say 'yea, I took 8 I got completely bolloxed' it is now better to be seen saying 'I stuck to 2 or 3'.

Less can be more.

i personally am quite new to pills. i take usually two to start with and then snort some later on so i end up takin about 4 or 5. there is no real noraml amount to take a good freind off mine has to drop 5 or 6 just to come up and on newyears ever he took 14 over the course of the night

well, ive stopped taking them now, well i aven't been clubbing 4 ages to try and stop.

But i used to only nedd to take 1 a nite and it wud last me all nite and all morning.
To me i was the same as taking my first pill eveytime, not bad, as it made the nite a hell of alot cheaper than my mates.

I was only 15 when i was taking them so i suppose it was my age and i am quite a small girl so maybe that was a factor.

the saying "once you pop u just can't stop" i find that true, thats why i aint been goiong for ages to stop myself as my b/f doesnt agree wiv em. He tried it once but that was it.

Well, I took 4 on saturday night, one more than the usual, because they weren't working very well (I think 2 of them had ketamine in them) and that left me wired for most of sunday. So no sleep for 35 hours, and then I had to come home (pupils still glaring) for my mums birthday.

I'll stick to 3 next time...

i try to keep myself to 4 tops nowadays, i find it's the best medium between a decent, prolonged rush, and mad paranoia ( which i seem to get too often nowadays <IMG SRC="frown.gif" border="0" ALT="icon"> )

for 5 months-ish a i was doing 7 - 12 in a session, and it has, in all honesty fucked me right up.

not enough to make me stop, but there you go....

Thankfully cause everythings so expensive here I never take more than 3 in a night, which is good for my health really..

The most I ever took *at once* was 7 and that (stupidly, not proud) was to prove a scottish newspaper that 007s weren't deadly over 4 amounts, I had a friend who tried to kill herself on a overdose that night too and ended up walking her home for 3 hours in bizzards, never again!

I used to take between about 4 and 7 a night, most ever in a night was 12 but that was at a 12 hour rave...

Thankfully I'm sensible now...
