ok i watched a programme on tv a while back about obsessive compulsive disorders. There was a women on it that pulled out her hair and ended up with a large bald patch.
the thing is for quite a while now i have been feeling hairs in my head, i find a wirey hair and am tempted to pull it out or do pull it out.
I have realised i should stop doing this. If i feel a wirey hair then i try not to pull it out but sometimes the temptation over powers me.
I don't normally realise im feeling my hair... i just do it automatically. One of my friends tries to stop me feeling them... i really do try but my hand just seems to go back on my head.
please help! does anyone know of anyway of beating this obsession?
