How many hours sleep

...........do you lot get ?

Some people seem to be around quite late and im just curious as to how much sleep you get.

lately I have 6/7 hrs........on a good night.

At Home - 10-12 hours

At the wenches house in her sisters tiny single bed that I am forced to live in - 20-30 minutes.

i go through phases of ten hours and no hours.
i don't realy have a pattern ...would love to have one but thats not how my life unravels.

drugs have taken their toll on me, my sleep pattern is fucked up, during the week, about 4 hours, weekends about 10-12 hours on a sunday and then repeat process.

if i have nothing to do the next day, i probly wont sleep for 12 hours, but i will stay in bed and drift in and out of sleepyness all day

if otherwise, commonly 6 hours, 7 tops

8 maximum during the week.

At weekends sometimes 12, During the holidays i could cram in 14 (I dunno whether I should be smiling at that or not )

I sometimes stay up all night, and all thru the small hrs also.

I sleep terribly tbh. I honestly dont know how many hrs sleep i get.

At teh moment im staying up literally all night, and going to sleep around 7am and getting up around 2 in the afternoon, i find it hard to get up though

Not a lot, what with working a combination of 12 hour days and 12 hour nights - and having a new born baby.

A few hours here and there, you know the crack.

when im on holiday it ranges frm zilch to 15 hours it gets realy fucked up but i dont take hols often so it aint too bad at the mo its 5-6 sometimes 7

Well today for example i've been up since 8pm Thurs evening & haven't slept yet.

I'm trying to kick start my body clock back into something more normal:)

5-6 on a weekend. About 6-7 on a good day.

About 9-10 on a weekend, about 8 during the day when I'm working.

6-7 hours during the week when I can sleep, 6 hours if lucky on a Friday night, and about 12 hours on a Saturday night to recover from it on. I don't sleep well at all.

4-5 hours most of the time, feel that i need more but eyes wontr stay shut. then the kids get up so there is no rest for the wicked. :crazyeyes

I try to get about 9-10 hours sleep. But thats only cos I have a lot of time on my hands at the mo. Ive been having a lot of sleeping problems lately tho Especially last night. Im beginning to think 'Oh whats the point?!'. But I like my sleep.
