How to go about working from home?

It would ideally be through a company that enables their employees to work from home. So would be working for such & such but from home instead of a work place. It can be work that is done solely online as well:)

Any ideas on some website that have comps that specialise is this type of work?

    This sort of thing is usually restricted to people like designers etc who don't need to be office based - or people who have built up contacts and skills in a particular field and then persuiade their employers to let them work from home. To be honest, it's unlikely that a company would take on a new employer and let them work from home 100% until they are happy with them - unless the job role has always been a home based one.
