Ah, it's been a while but I'm back for a visit or two. What with our recent election fun and all the other 'world' events I just don't know where the time went.

Then I up and forgot my password and my e-mail address changed and it all had to be sorted out...blessedly I won't bore you with the details.

Lovely 32 degrees here in Seattle, Washington USA...and believe it or not our election is not over yet as they are still counting the votes for governor...and he is only winning by 42 votes so she is talking about demanding a hand recount. Hilarious stuff.

Well, in any case I've missed visiting with you and happy to be back with and for whatever barbs or plumbs may be found.

I did find a wonderful site over your way called:

and have been busting a gut reading it...particularally since I've received more than a few of these Nigerian fee forewarding scam letters...thought I'd share in case you haven't looked at it.

O'h come on now...I'm interested in more than just guns and shooting...girls, Russian motorcycles/hacked, politics/religion (is there a difference?) and so much more.

But I do like to shoot and have a Dnepr motorcycle with a sidecar mounted machine gun that is a hoot...sorry, I realize you can't have them there but it do please me to share the joy.

Actually, I know how you feel. I don't like Ford cars...for the same reason you don't like guns. Guns really aren't a 'like' kind of thing so much as a fun toy and useful tool. The US is a dangerous place and you have to be a bit slow not to have the ability to defend yourself.

I don't hunt any more, haven't since I came home from SE Asia...but I love to shoot.

Fiend_85, I belong to a military vehicle collectors club and Dnepr and Ural motorcycles made for the military (CCCP) is what I have and collect...one of each.

In 1959 I rode an Areil Square Four across Northern Italy and that was it for many years...a BMW would be nice but finding one that is in a military configuration would cost me many times what the Russian/Ukranian bikes cost.
