I've been here almost 4 years and have posted in the Sex forum twice I think.
Not that I'm not intrested in getting laid. :naughty: I just don't shout about it.

REM - which is where you dream is just one stage.

Some people have a disorder where this mechanism doesn't function properly and as a result they sometimes get up and act out their dreams. :o

if thats true how come i move in my sleep all night and dream. I dream for most of the night and i twitch and move in relation to what im dreaming. Like i dream im scared i curl up, etc.
I hate it when people fiddle with me (not sexual) while i sleep, i sleeptalk so my friends try to shut me up and there is nothing more freaky then waking up to someones hand over ur mouth!

The most any normal person will have is the odd twitch. However, I fail to see how you can possibly know if you curled up actually whilst you were in REM or not.

cos ive shared a bed with someone more then once (not in a majorly sexual way in a one doubled bed and we both need to sleep way) and theyve told me and ive woken up like that. Another thing is sometimes i wake up in the dark totally disorientated and ive moved in my sleep to lie with my head at the other end of my bed or with my body going across the bed instead of along it.

I don't see the need to disect the different stages of sleep :p it's sleep afterall, everyone moves a bit, perhaps they don't at certain stages, but we all toss and turn.

Oh well, perhaps you are one of those people then, or whatever.
