Reichsfuhrer..., i mean..., home secretary Blunket giving himself yet more powers? who'da thought it
(i am actually going to make a comment on a few aspects of the speech once i've gone off and done a bit more reading, particularlty on the drug testing of younger offenders side. Just wanna be a bit better informed before i make any proper comments, so dont ave a go at me for not answering my own question)
