Hey everyone what do you think of this poem my mate wrote it a few days ago



I’m so excited
Cos I’m going out tonight
Getting drunk
And not looking for a fight

I get to the pub
And look for the birds
Listening to the rabble
And all the loud words

I get to the bar
And ask for a pint
Some big lass asks me
Am I out for the night?

I tell her yeah
So she buys me the drink
She sits down beside me
And I start to think

Time goes on
So she buys me some more
Her voice and face
I start to adore

We leave the pub
And go to my flat
We undress each other
And I play with her twat

After a while we get tired
So we go to sleep
All soft and cuddly
And in a great heap

I woke up with a hangover
I thought you should know
If you don’t move quickly
I’m gonna throw

My heads down the toilet
I’m stuck there like glue
I can’t believe I got so pissed
And shagged you!

    Well not just that, but the way it moves effortlessly into its couplet, "flat". Flat, twat, flat, twat, flat.. Give credit where it is due.

    So basically, it deserves credit for rhyming flat... with twat?

    Seems a bit too easy, A 'U' is what it would get at GCSE and a 'U' is what it shall recieve now ;P

    I agree that any poem made by ANYONE who isn't famous is shit. Even if it isn't shit, I'm not prepared to give them time to prove themselves. Any poem about gothic 'life', vampires, souls, Satan, etc is automatically shit.
