    well i was talking to a friend on irc who buggered off for about 10 mins earlier, turns out he was ringing the fire brigade, house opposite his had been struck by lightning and was on fire

    How crazy! We have had no thunder/lightning but it is pouring with rain. I do hope we don't have any at all as I am going out this morning :(
