so... i PMed two mods.. but have not received a response.. and i don't know how to go about contacting one..

so i have a question...

how would i go about getting my name thingy-mah-jig changed??

    I'm gonna plant my ass on this thread and ask a question related to mod-kind!

    I have like, 2 other accounts that are hitched up to old email addresses of mine...I want them deleted, I asked a mod a while ago, but they still exist...am I allowed to ask for my old accounts to be deleted. I wanna be able to re-direct thesite.org emails to the account I use the most but I can't whilst another username uses it...

    I'm sure I remember Jim V saying something along the lines of them not deleting user accounts because it mucks up other accounts in some way. I'm probably wrong though.

    You're not.

    The only account that has been deleted is Karla's, and you can see how much that fucked the boards up.

    For the record, Karla was a mod who left under somewhat of a cloud.

    All you do is pm them and ask them to do it..my name used to have 2002 at the end of it but they just changed it.

    Your name probably hasn't been changed yet because they haven't read the pm yet and haven't got round to changing it. Hold on a couple of days.

    Just be aware, mods can also change your status message to anything.. just look what happened to mine which used to be 'Feck Off I'm Mixing' then after I brought up discussion about the wonderful Susie's hair.. I'm now a 'Cheeky Sod'

    Very true, Susie changed mine to 'Drugs Guru' once, when I asked why she gave me no answer and changed it back. I am still confused as to what happened.

    I asked one of them about year back to delete my account and she said she'd do it but only if I thought carefully about it because it would mess up the other threads (make people look like they were talking to themselves etc!).

    I think the reason might be your signature. I remember you telling us on a previous thread that she was somewhat annoyed at you quoting her. Thankfully, the moderators don't hate me enough to change what appears under my name. Yet.
