    the best free webhosting you can get is from your ISP.

    for example from NTL i get 55 megabytes of webspace with no bandwidth limits, which is great.

    Freaky, I was going to say something so similar, almost down to your very wording too! Yes, NTL and 55MB which I use as well. AOL gives you 35MB. Watch out though because WAV sounds at CD quality is 1 meg to every 6 seconds of playback (10 megs per minute). Having said that, mobile ringtones will very likely be reduced in quality and makes them relatively small in size. I'm sure that the smartphones can use the mp3 format as well.

    The other one is part of Freeola @ www.freeola1000.com where you get a subdomian and unlimited webspace and bandwitdh for free. Only thing is you've gotta use their PAYG ISP to access the FTP and upload your files.

    I agree, Audioripper is old school. it just works! freeware too :P

    re hosting, your isp will be your best bet for ad-free fast reliable hosting.

    or just pay for hosting, cheapskate :)
