    from what I can gather:

    ym = ya mam = your mum = don't know what it's about

    orly = o really

    don't know what the other one means.

    and the scary thing tonight kiezo, was I saw hellfire doing a ;o face, i'm not sure if it was you or noog who first introduced the ;< faces etc to the boards, but the amount of people who now use them is scary. It was cool when it was only one or two :p
