Chester & Manchester were good places. I remember going there a few years ago, and there seemed to plenty on show. Haven't been to many other places yet, though.

I know what Coventry has. Druckers Vienna Patisserie! They do the NICEST stuff. They have them in some other places, true, but not down south where I'm from.

If you are making a weekend of it, you should stay in Stoke. You can spend a day in Manchester (one hour north) and the next day in Birmingham (one hour south). I really wouldn't bother actually going into Stoke itself though.

Oh, and Newcastle has a "quaint" little market. And due to all the common people, lots of the shops are quite cheap.

Ugh, some COCK left his coat in the cloakroom at work, and for some reason it's gone missing. So now, none of the bar staff or cleaners are allowed in on the nights off and they can't have staff drinks. But management and the doormen can when THEY could have taken the fucking thing too.

SO DAMN YOU PEOPLE AND YOUR BLOODY COATS!! :(

Malaga: sun, sea, sand, i'm finding it cold now but if you are used to england temps i'm sure you would find it quite nice. cheaper than england, but shit shops-in my opinon.

go to madrid. anything you want you will find it there, and it's still cheap, still a bit warmer than england, dryer, and quite cheap to get there and stay there too.
