monday tomorrow :(

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
and i'm going on holiday. aha! fooled you!

but yeah. i am of the opinion that tuesdays are actually worse than mondays. cause you've already done a day's work, but there are still 4 whole days to go til the weekend.

cue all the slacker students saying 'but i only have a lecture on a tuesday and a lecture on thursday'. pah. contain yourselves.

this thread is kinda pointless.

but have a happy monday, everyone. i will be thinking of you all.

won't really :p

Mondays are going to be my least favourite day. I have to do a commute from Sheffield to Edinburgh, have a lecture and then go back to Sheffield :|

I tend to hate Wednesdays the most. That is, when I have the weekends off.
Nowadays I hate Saturdays the most as I haven't had them off for aeons and I so want to. :P

probably cause your used to the Leeds service, so them turning up 30 minutes late is kinda early. ;)

although back in the day when i got a train every other week, i found that the virgin ones were a million times better than GNER. as in, they actually turned up.

yay! thank you. we are going to see how much fun it is possible to have on a micro budget.

Well it was on time, the on board food was bearable and I got called Sir. Its enough to please me. Never had a problem with GNER though, I've always found them to be excellent.

GNER are always the epitome of excellence for me.

GNER have problems because they are electric, and when it's a bit windy the 50-mile stretch of line right next to the cliffs in Northumberland blows away :hyper:

The only time I've had trouble with them is when some cock in Wakefield smashed some points, and we had to be diverted via Selby.

I just cried when I saw how much they charged for cold beer.

    GNER was much cheaper.

they have problems on the leeds - birmingham line cause they cancel trains and neglect to tell the waiting passengers.

anyway, you big women. stop moaning about trains.

either i am on crack, or i mean edinburgh.

    possibly both.

anyway, the trains i have been on to both destinations were shit. apart from those new virgin ones with the plugs by the seats. they were fab.

    Probably both.

And hence my point about the Northumberland wires;)

hellfire: you should reserve seats then, shouldn't you?
