What in god's name does 'ya here' mean?

It's not an excuse, it's a reason, and i'm not doing it again.

I don't like your tone. If people are aggressive with me they never get what they want. I've half a mind to just continue being annoying so that you don't get the satisfaction of feeling like you've put me in my place.

However, I have promised not to be, so there you go.
