    Window-Blinds is probably the best bet. It has taken care of skinning since the W95 days. My personal favourite though is Window-Pictures.

    windowblinds hogs resources i tried it before werent my thing, my one alters windows itself so after it changes it, i can turn off the program and keep my pretty desktop though


    it also changes startup screens etc

    WindowBlinds is fucking terrible.

    Stick with StyleXP.

    better than staring at a lightbulb, i mean a light desktop theme. imho.
