i know its in wrong forum but i need help asap,
pornographic pictures of a friend of mine has been posted on a website, my friend is only 15yr's old.. now is it the website owners responsability or the person who posted them fault for posting this (i asume its illegal as she is only 15yrs old)

You can also report them to the NSPCC @ www.nspcc.org.uk or phonethe child protection line on 0808 800 5000

HellCrimson - its COMMON SENSE. You shouldn't NEED to ask us. figure things out for yourself for once, i don't think i've ever seen you post something anywhere other than anything goes.

The criminal could be her ex boyfirend ? so in that case they are both probs the same age so I blame the gil for being so stupid. If its an older person taking the photos then i blame them......until i know facts I cant give an honest opinion.
but lets hope this teaches people never to trust someone........you get porongraphic pics taken of you and you just never know where they will end up.
so if its a message board report it immediately to a moderator or board boss or whatever.
i did and i had to threaten to report it before a mod removed it. one of them even commented on the pics and was a cu[nt about it,

I reported it on IWF and hope to get a reply e-mail soon, although the pics have been delete they'll still probably on the posters pc without my friends (who took them) consent
she took the pictures to.. well see her figure (she doesn't like her figure that much ect i dunno the whole story)
this guy was on her pc and e-mailed them to himself....

you sure about that cos people who dont like themselves figure wise usually wont take pics, they dont look in the mirow (sp ) let alone have photo taken.

And advise your "friend" to not pose naughtily with webcams, or at least to hide the pictures pretty damned well. So many kiddies pose in webcams, and then someone goes and posts them on the interwebnet for all to see. It's happened fuck knows how many times its happened on here, just ask the IRC lot, they know a lot about it...
