I don't think I've ever seen a black or asain goth. Is this rare? If so why?

    I only know two and thats at a pub with a customer base of over 500! It does seem to be a minority. I do wonder why though? They are two lovely girls who used to be in a gothy rock band too.

    I don't know if it's true or not, it's just what I heard. And the reasoning was that a dark-skinned person with dark clothes is invisible at night, therefore harder to spot from afar when driving, therefore easier to hit by mistake...

    There are lots of black skaters/greebos (I don't know what the hip cool word is these days), but black make-up on brown skin hits me as retarded.

    Ya know, that never even dawned on me until I read this thread. Don't think I've ever seen a black/asian goth.

    Though I thought the chinese girl in the video of Narcotic Thrust - I like it; really suited the goth theme. Wearing all black with the side of her lip pierced with a hoop. Not often ya come across a pretty goth. Least, none that I've seen.

    as i said in the other thread, you may have gothic tendancies, but many if not most of the kids these days are not goths at all

    the thing with goth girls in my experience is that they're either jaw-droppingly, stunningly beautiful or extremely ugly, there never seems to be a happy medium for some reason and to answer the original post, there is a little group of asian goths round where i live :yes:
