I just quit smoking 'cause I had a smoker's cough and it's got worse since i stopped <IMG SRC="frown.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">. What's wrong?

Leading on, what does everyone prefer to smoke? I smoke Marlborough Lights, the red ones are strong as fuck!

Smoking paralyses the tiny microscopic hairs (cilia) inside your airways. When you stop smoking they start moving again and doing their job properly - which is clearing out all the nasty gunk in your lungs!
