Going off topic here but does anyone like "me first and the gimme gimmes?"

Or am I showing my age?

Not all the bands on that website are brittish though but it is all similar style of punk/ska.
You might also like bands like 4ft Fingers, The filaments, Consumed
Golf records also have brittish bands and also fat wreck chords have loads of good bands in the same style of music, but again not all of them are brittish.
Or, for that matter, Joy Division.
And yes, you're showing your age:p
As for new bands, Biffy Clyro are pretty good.
Indeed they are, but they're not pop punk
And the barman at my local rock club plays guiter in The Exploited.
Not really pop or punk or pop punk were they?
Yep.
just a day's quite punky??
3dbs Down
Stickybacks
No Comply
Grebo
Check them out!

See i'm not really a fan of female vocals they never seem to sound as good. Every one else seems to like them though *shrug*
Naaah, there were far better bands. The Clash for one. PiL were far better than the Pistols as well.
Without the pistols there would have been no clash.
Warsaw were punk. By the time they changed their name to Joy Division, their sound had definitely moved on.
