the pill and vitamins

Okay i don't want to sound stupid or ought but im on the pill mycrogygon (sp?!) 30 and i was wondering if certain vitamins you take can affect it? I take sea kelp, biotine, multi-vit and one for healthy hair and skin.

    i'd check with your doctor or pharmacist. pharmacist would probably be easier, and they'd know.

    i know st. john's wort can interfere with the pill, but not sure about anything else.

    Ta, i will i'll try the pharmacist be alot easier than trying to get into the doc's.

    If you read the little imformation booklet which comes each time with your packet of pills it should tell you what will effect it.

    I know that as Kaffrin said St. Johns Wort effects the pill and the antibiotics that the doctor gave me last time i was there also interfered with it
